About the Role:
As a Primary School Teacher specializing in SEMH, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse emotional and behavioral needs. You will create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, and work closely with school staff and external professionals to promote student well-being and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall well-being of students

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
