The Role – LKS2 Teacher

As an LKS2 Teacher working through Academics, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Support pupils\' progress in core subjects including reading, writing, and maths.
  • Use effective assessment strategies to monitor learning and inform next steps.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all learners can thrive.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, school leaders, and parents to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
  • Recent experience teaching in Year 3 or Year 4, with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
