Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking qualified QTS teachers for primary schools in the Wotton-under-Edge area starting September 2025. Roles are available for both full-time and part-time positions, with the trust aiming to build a talent pool for day-to-day cover. Job description

Monarch Education are partnering with a couple of schools in the Tetbury Cam/ Dursley and Wotton-Under-Edge area who will be using our services from September 2025. These schools are a mixture of primary schools.

With this in mind, we are looking to recruit QTS teachers for full-time and part-time roles which we are currently receiving bookings for - but will receive significantly more in September 2025.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the UK primary or secondary curriculum.
  • Proven experience working with primary or secondary-aged students.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.
