Qualifications

• Qualified teachers with QTS or UK-recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within primary education is preferred.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Creating engaging and accessible learning activities for all pupils.
• Managing classroom behaviour positively and consistently.
• Assessing pupils' understanding and adapting teaching where needed.
• Supporting children with different learning needs and abilities.
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff.
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence in their learning.
