Step Teachers Ltd in Radstock is seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher for full-time, long-term roles starting as soon as possible. You will plan and deliver lessons across the primary curriculum in various school settings in Radstock and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has UK primary teaching experience, strong knowledge of KS1/KS2, and demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and excellent communication with strong classroom management.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and has experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the KS1/KS2 curriculum.
• Is adaptable, enthusiastic and commits to pupil development.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance learning outcomes
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
