Qualified Primary School Teacher Job Specification:

• Location: Watford
• Job Title: Qualified Primary School Teacher
• Contract: Temp to perm
• Full/Part Time: Full Time
• Rate: £140-£200 p/d (DOE) (Paid to scale)
• Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons that maintain high standards of teaching and learning
• Plan and prepare lessons suitable for all ability levels
• Create an inclusive environment that encourages students to reach their full potential
• Provide regular feedback on student achievement and progress
• Promote good pupil behaviour and manage conflicts promptly, in line with policies
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience in a primary school setting
• Passion for education and ability to inspire students
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage diverse learners
• Proactive and collaborative approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold QTS or equivalent
• Valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
• Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
• Two professional references
