Responsibilities

  • Teach Foundation Stage (EYFS), key stage 1 (KS1), and key stage 2 (KS2).
  • Manage challenging behavior positively and effectively.

The school are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic teacher who can join their well experienced team. The school focuses on providing high standards of education and care. You will be required to have an excellent knowledge of the Welsh Curriculum and be committed to providing excellent teaching and learning. You would be required to effectively and positively manage challenge behaviour following the school’s behaviour policy.

You will be expected to teach Foundation Stage (EYFS), key stage 1 (KS1) and key stage 2 (KS2).

Requirements:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Individual has a passion for teaching and overcoming barriers for learners.
  • Experience with working with children with Additional Learning Need (ALN)
  • Professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of Curriculum for Wales.
  • IT competence and a good general level of education (GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English)
