We are looking for talented teachers to join our pool of secondary teachers for primary schools based in and around St Austell. Qualified teacher status is a must!

We seek teachers who can create and deliver engaging lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels. A teacher who promotes enthusiasm for learning and for subjects, adheres to national curriculum standards, and maintains classroom order effectively. They should also collect and report detailed records of student performance.

Your role will include:
  • Planning and teaching
  • Assessing following the school marking policy
  • Promoting good progress and outcomes
  • Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils
  • Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge
  • Liaising with parents
  • Being a committed and talented teacher who promotes the school's ethos and values. The ideal candidate is caring, nurturing, adaptable, flexible, resilient, and patient with challenging behaviors.
