We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4/5/6 Class Teacher to join a fantastic primary school with a nurturing environment and a strong focus on student development. This is an exciting opportunity to teach a mixed-age class of 27 pupils in a well-supported setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Years 4, 5, and 6, following the national curriculum
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom
  • Contribute to the school’s ethos and wider curriculum initiatives

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching KS2, preferably in a mixed-year setting
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment strategies
  • A passion for education and student development
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
