Job summary

Destination Education is recruiting Primary Teachers for mainstream schools in Redbridge and surrounding areas. Roles span day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions, starting October 2026. We welcome ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching.

You'll work across welcoming primary schools with diverse year groups, with supportive leadership and a focus on positive learning experiences for children.

Qualifications

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• A good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• The ability to engage, motivate and inspire pupils.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply.
