Job summary

Horizon Teachers are assisting a Barnet primary school to recruit a committed Class Teacher for Reception. This is a full-time role with a supportive leadership team and a focus on pupil wellbeing and high-quality teaching.

The ideal candidate will manage a Reception class, plan engaging lessons, and work collaboratively to ensure strong learning outcomes while maintaining a calm, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required for the role.
• Experience teaching in a primary Reception class preferred.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons and assess pupil progress.

Horizon Teachers are working with a welcoming and well-led primary school in Barnet to appoint a committed and confident Class Teacher to teach their Reception class, starting as soon as possible.

This is a full-time opportunity within a school that places a strong emphasis on staff support, pupil wellbeing, and high-quality teaching.

The role:
