Job summary

Prospero Teaching is looking for passionate Teachers to provide supply cover in schools across Llanelli, ranging from small village schools to larger urban institutions. The role allows flexibility, covering all classes from Reception to KS2, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Candidates with QTS or equivalent and strong behaviour management skills will thrive in this supportive environment that aids both newly qualified and experienced teachers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a UK school is preferred.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply cover to various Primary Schools from Reception to KS2.
• Work on a day-to-day and long term basis depending on school needs.
• Manage and support classes effectively.

Prospero Teaching is looking for Teachers to work in schools across Llanelli.
Acting as a work-finding service, we provide supply cover to a range of Primary Schools; from small village schools to large city schools. We are looking for Teachers to cover all classes from Reception through to KS2 and who have strong behaviour management skills and are passionate about teaching.
Prospero Teaching work with both newly qualified teachers and experienced teachers by helping you find your next position. Some contracts may be extended from day-to-day bookings to longer term cover.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
· Location – Various locations across Llanelli
· Position – Teacher
· Type of work – Teacher – day to day and long term cover in various schools
· Start date – ASAP
· Duration / Likely Duration – Day to day bookings, with the potential for extension depending on schools
· End date (if applicable) – N/A
· Contract type – Temporary
· Full time/part time – Part time and full time depending on schools needs
· Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £167 per day
· Hours – 8:45 am – 3:20pm (full day), half day (am or pm), individual lesson cover

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
· Previous experience working in a UK school
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
