A local government authority is seeking a Primary School Support Assistant at Guildtown Primary School. This fixed-term position involves general office administration, including reception duties, finance, and pupil record keeping. £18,270 - £19,087 (31 Hours per week, Term-time only)

As our Primary School Support Assistant, your duties in this post involve general office administration to include reception duties, call handling, absence management, ordering and receipt of deliveries, finance and pupil record keeping.
This role offers you the opportunity to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a busy learning environment.
The successful applicant will support the day to day running of the school under the direction of the Head Teacher.
You will be competent in the use of various IT programmes.
You will be front of house contact in a school, so excellent customer service skills are required.

We are looking for an individual who ideally has some experience of an administrative and/or financial role and who has the enthusiasm and flexibility to work in a busy small school environment.
Applicants must be able to work independently and as part of a small team and must be committed to delivering high standards of service.
If you have any IT qualifications, this would be beneficial but it is not an essential requirement.
