Are you a qualified Teacher?

Whether you are an experienced Teacher looking to take a step back but keeping some time for the classroom, or a newly Qualified Teacher looking to progress in your career, Aspire People are looking for flexible supply staff in Coventry and Warwickshire who are available to work in a variety of primary schools near you on days suited to you. Working with Aspire will allow you to access flexible day-to-day supply cover, long-term positions, and permanent roles on a full-time or part-time basis. We seek competent, hardworking staff who love teaching and are dedicated to inspiring our younger generation.

As your consultant, I will try to accommodate your needs and find the best candidates for our schools. We have supplied primary schools in Coventry & Warwickshire for many years, and due to recent events, the demand for cover staff has increased significantly. We would like to speak to teachers seeking work to support the ongoing development of local schools.

To become a supply teacher with Aspire, you will need:

• UK QTS (NQT's welcome to apply)
• Relevant teaching experience and thorough knowledge of EYFS, KS1/KS2 curriculum
• Ability to mark, assess & plan lessons (not mandatory)
• Good communication skills & confidence in teamwork
