Overview

Job Title: Primary School Supply Teacher

Location: Ealing

Start date: October 2025

Salary: £180 - 200 per day

Contract: Daily, Short term & Long term available

Responsibilities

• You provide continuity in learning by delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining classroom routines in the absence of the regular teacher.
• You manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all pupils.
• You adapt quickly to different school settings, building rapport with students and staff while following each school's policies and procedures.
• You assess and support pupil progress, offering feedback and guidance where needed, even during short-term placements.

Requirements

• PGCE QTS / HLTA Level 4 qualifications
• Experience working with primary school students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations
• Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice
