At Pertemps Education, we proudly work alongside a wonderful Primary school in Hayes who are looking to welcome a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP.

About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in mainstream primary classrooms or within specialist resource provisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with a range of needs (e.g. autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, or sensory processing needs)
  • Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning activities
  • Supporting emotional, social, and academic development
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
