As a Primary QTS Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons and helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. This position is ideal for both Qualified Teachers (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking for a full-time, permanent role in a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and interactive lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Build an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Support academic, social, and emotional development for all pupils.
• Promote positive behaviour and strong classroom relationships.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and plan for individual learning needs.
• Work closely with staff to ensure the success of each child.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or ECT status is essential.
• Experience in teaching within primary mainstream education.
• SEN experience is highly beneficial.
• A passion for child development and high-quality teaching.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A full CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps clearly explained.
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education).
