Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting experienced Primary Teachers for flexible part-time PPA cover and classroom support across primary schools in the Manchester area. Roles include PPA teaching, short-term cover, and interventions with opportunities to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Ideal candidates hold QTS with recent UK primary teaching experience, strong curriculum knowledge, and a flexible, reliable approach to adapt to different schools and year groups.

Qualifications

• QTS and eligible to teach in UK primary schools.
• Experience delivering PPA/cover across primary year groups.
• Strong knowledge of primary curriculum and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering planned PPA lessons across different year groups.
• Providing short-term classroom cover across schools.
• Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 depending on strengths.
• Delivering small-group interventions to support learning.
• Supporting pupils to access the curriculum and participate fully.
• Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
• Working across different classes throughout the school.
