Tor School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Yeovil to support pupils in learning, safeguarding and promoting wellbeing. The role involves working with class teachers, raising attainment and helping pupils access the curriculum during term-time on site.
The successful candidate will help pupils 1:1 or in groups, foster independence, self-esteem and social inclusion, and act as a mentor to support learning and development throughout the school day.
Location: Wyndham View, Yeovil
Salary : Grade 14 (A GBP 21,566 actual pay)
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week, Term time only)
Start Date: As soon as possible
