Job Title: Primary Learning Support Assistant

The role involves working with students across KS1 and KS2 who have diagnoses such as Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviors. A proactive and confident approach to managing situations is essential.

Requirements for the successful candidate include:

  • Experience supporting children with additional needs / disabilities
  • Experience working with students with SEMH and challenging behaviors
  • Level 2 or 3 CACHE qualification or equivalent
