The Leigh Institute, in Kent and Medway Training (KMT), seeks a Course Programme Lead (Primary) to oversee the operational delivery of our Primary ITT programmes, lead subject faculties, build school partnerships, and mentor the next generation of teachers.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary in the L12-L16 range based on experience, with a possible 4-day week for an exceptional candidate. Interviews will be held on Thursday 15th October.

Competenze

• QTS with EYFS-Primary expertise.
• Knowledge of ITTECF, DfE ITT criteria, adaptive teaching and ITE Ofsted expectations.
• Proven leadership in primary education and staff development.
• Excellent communication and high self-motivation.

Mansioni

• Oversee primary ITT delivery, induction, professional/subject studies, and assessment moderation.
• Act as Faculty Lead for designated subject areas.
• Manage headteacher and partner school relationships, and contextualise mentor training.
