Job summary

Academics is seeking a qualified Primary HLTA to support multiple Worksop primary schools on a temporary, ongoing supply basis. You will work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 delivering planned activities, running interventions and providing cover as needed.

The role offers flexible ongoing opportunities, competitive daily rates, and the chance to gain varied classroom experience across Worksop. DBS compliance is expected and ASAP start dates are available.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or strong relevant HLTA level experience.
• Previous experience working in a primary school.
• Confident delivering planned learning and supporting classroom management.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Are you a qualified Primary HLTA looking for a new opportunity in Worksop?

Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a Primary HLTA to join our supply team, supporting a variety of primary schools across Worksop on a temporary, ongoing basis.

As a Primary HLTA, you will have the opportunity to use your experience across different classrooms and year groups, supporting teachers and pupils with learning, interventions and planned classroom activities. This is a flexible opportunity for a Primary HLTA who enjoys variety and would like to work across Worksop schools.

Position: Primary HLTA

Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply

Pay: £100 - £140 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)

Start Date: ASAP or a start date that works for you

About the Role

The Primary HLTA will provide valuable classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working alongside teachers to help pupils engage with their learning and achieve their potential.

A Primary HLTA working in Worksop may be asked to deliver pre-planned lessons, support intervention groups, assist with whole-class activities or provide classroom cover. You could work across a variety of Worksop primary schools, giving you the opportunity to experience different settings and teaching environments.
