Job summary

Academics is seeking a qualified Primary HLTA to support a variety of Worksop primary schools on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role covers EYFS to KS2, delivering planned activities, supporting pupil progress and classroom management.

You will join a flexible supply team with access to multiple schools across Worksop, with competitive daily rates (£100-£140) and opportunities for longer-term roles. Starts ASAP or on a date that suits you.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or strong relevant HLTA experience in primary settings.
• Experience working in a primary school environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to deliver planned learning activities and support pupil progress.
• DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Worksop schools.

Are you a qualified Primary HLTA looking for a new opportunity in Worksop?

Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a Primary HLTA to join our supply team, supporting a variety of primary schools across Worksop on a temporary, ongoing basis.

As a Primary HLTA, you will have the opportunity to use your experience across different classrooms and year groups, supporting teachers and pupils with learning, interventions and planned classroom activities. This is a flexible opportunity for a Primary HLTA who enjoys variety and would like to work across Worksop schools.

Pay:

£100 - £140 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)

About the Role

The Primary HLTA will provide valuable classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working alongside teachers to help pupils engage with their learning and achieve their potential.

A Primary HLTA working in Worksop may be asked to deliver pre-planned lessons, support intervention groups, assist with whole-class activities or provide classroom cover. You could work across a variety of Worksop primary schools, giving you the opportunity to experience different settings and teaching environments.

• Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one
