Job summary

Job description

Protocol Education are working with schools in the Doncaster area, who are searching specifically for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA).

The schools offer a clear organised structure due to a hardworking and encouraging team that expect the best from their pupils.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in working as a HLTA in Primary settings
  2. Someone who is happy to offer support to young pupils
  3. Good classroom skills and is easily able to adapt to specific school environments
  4. Someone who works well within a team
  5. Experience in carrying out intervention group sessions
Your Key Skills:
  1. Ability to show initiative
  2. Competent with the national curriculum and delivering to small groups
  3. Ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils
  4. Adhere to school policies
  5. Follow safeguarding procedures

*Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience.
