Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Rotherham

Protocol Education is working with schools in the Doncaster area that are seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA).

The schools have a clear and organized structure, supported by a hardworking and encouraging team that expects the best from their pupils.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HLTA in Primary settings
• Willingness to support young pupils
• Good classroom skills and adaptability to different school environments
• Ability to work well within a team
• Experience in conducting intervention group sessions

• Competence with the national curriculum and delivering to small groups
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils

Pay depends on qualifications and experience.
