The Role: Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and purposeful lessons.
Support students with varying needs through 1:1 or small group interventions.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
Help with the planning and preparation of classroom materials.
Encourage and support the social and emotional development of pupils.
Participate in school life and take on responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
A 2:1 degree or higher in a core subject or Educational Studies.
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their progress.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset.
Experience with children in any capacity is an advantage but not essential.
