An outstanding East London primary school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic graduate who is thinking about a career in teaching to work as a graduate TA from September.

The teaching assistant position is the ideal role to gain hands on invaluable school experience ahead of commencing a PGCE/School Direct.

You will join the school in September on a full time basis and you will gain vital experience working interventions with students of all abilities covering the entire primary curriculum. A number of graduates spend the academic year working at this school before embarking on teacher training.

The school is based in Newham East London and was rated Oustanding by Ofsted during their most recent inspection. They have a large modern building and excellent facilities making it the ideal environment for a recent graduate looking for experience.

This teaching assistant role will start in September and is full time Monday – Friday. The school will be holding trial days ASAP.

The school are looking for graduates who have an interest in teaching and have some form of recent paid or voluntary experience. You may have gained this experience through a number of avenues such as voluntary school work, tutoring, youth work, overseas teaching ….
