The Role
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work across Key Stage 1 and 2 classrooms providing vital academic support. Your role will include assisting teachers with lesson delivery, running targeted interventions, and supporting children on a 1-2-1 or small group basis to boost literacy and numeracy outcomes. You’ll be helping children achieve their full potential while gaining first-hand experience in a supportive and well-structured school environment.
The Candidate
