Job summary

Aspire People is seeking Early Years practitioners to support children across Nursery and Reception within primary school settings in Manchester. The role suits Nursery Practitioners, Nursery Nurses, and Early Years Educators looking to transition into education.

We welcome applicants with Level 3 EYFS or equivalent experience, and a nurturing, patient, creative approach. You’ll collaborate with teachers to deliver play-based learning and foster developmental progress.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience.
• Recent experience working with young children.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children across EYFS
• Supporting learning through play and exploration
• Developing communication and language skills
• Supporting early phonics, literacy, and Maths
• Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development
• Supporting observations and assessment
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Working closely with teachers and other EYFS staff
