Responsibilities - ECT Primary Teacher:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum, catering to the needs of diverse learners.

Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends.Requirements- ECT Primary Teacher:

A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education.

Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome.

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.

Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
