About the role:

Protocol Education is looking for early career teachers to work in primary schools in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your knowledge, gain valuable experience, and potentially transition into a permanent role with our support. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment encouraging participation and collaboration.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback for their growth.
• Organise and participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs and competitions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and promote interdisciplinary learning.

Requirements:

• Valid primary education teaching certification in the UK (PGCE or QTS).
• Bachelor’s degree in history or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience teaching at the primary level (preferred).
• Resident in the Boston area (driver preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
