Job description

Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a primary school located in Gainsborough that are seeking a flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic Primary Cover Supervisor that can support the school with cover needs on a full-time basis. The position is long term and requires the ideal candidate to be available Mon - Fri. The role will require the candidate to cover lessons from EYFS through to Y6 until July.

The position involves the following:

1. Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students are focused.
2. Be adaptable in the classroom and overcome challenges following behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
3. Demonstrate professional and positive attitudes in the classroom.
4. Collaborate with members of staff on site and encourage good behaviour from students.

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

1. Experience working within an educational role.
2. QTS or HLTA Qualification.
3. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one).
4. Right to work in the UK.
5. Satisfactory References.

The rate for this role will be £110 - £190 per day.
