Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full Time (Part-time can be arranged for the right candidate)

GSL Education are on the lookout for a passionate and inspiring Primary Classroom Teacher to join a dynamic mainstream primary school in Poole. This is a golden opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to truly transform students' learning experiences and leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to enhance student learning.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping children succeed.
  • An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
