About the Role

A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Totton is seeking a Primary Classroom Assistant to join their team this September. You’ll be providing essential classroom support, helping pupils engage with learning, and contributing to a positive school experience for every child.

As a Classroom Assistant, You’ll:

• Support pupils during lessons and activities
• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation
• Encourage inclusive participation and engagement
• Help foster emotional wellbeing and confidence
• Work closely with teachers and staff to support learning goals
• Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
• A warm, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
