Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency in partnership with an outstanding Hackney primary school is recruiting a Primary Class Teacher to start January 2027. You will manage your own class, deliver high-quality lessons and track pupil progress within the National Curriculum.

The successful candidate will have QTS, strong curriculum knowledge, excellent behaviour management and a commitment to inclusive education in a supportive, collaborative environment in Inner London.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and primary teaching experience.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and effective lesson planning.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Confident supporting pupils with varying abilities and needs.
• High expectations for pupil progress and achievement.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Take full responsibility for the teaching and learning of your class.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress.
• Differentiate lessons for varying abilities and learning requirements.
• Establish high expectations for behaviour, achievement and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders.
