An independent prep school in South West London is seeking a primary class teacher from September 2025. This is full time and permanent and can be either KS1 or KS2.

This independent prep school understands the importance of education and providing a broad, stimulating and varied curriculum. Staff aim to equip students with all the necessary life skills to face an increasingly challenging adult world. The school has high expectations of every child, not just in the classroom, but in every facet of school life and every teacher motivates and supports their pupils. Independent thought is promoted, and the school encourages pupils to use the knowledge they have acquired to develop their own thoughts, ideas and opinions, with the aim of children growing in confidence and independence.

The Head is searching for an outstanding classroom practitioner to teach general subjects across either a KS1 or KS2 class. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching within a primary or prep school setting and want to contribute to the wider life of the school in one of the many extracurricular activities that the school offers. You will be a team player and have very good organisational and communication skills.
