About the Role

This Primary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join its team for a fixed-term maternity cover position. The successful candidate will work within Early Years, KS1, or KS2, delivering high-quality teaching and learning that supports pupil progress and development.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
Successful primary teaching experience
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
A deep understanding of how children learn and the ability to tailor lessons to meet pupils' needs
Proven ability to build effective relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
Expertise in safeguarding and behaviour management strategies
Good ICT skills, particularly in using technology to support learning
