Key Responsibilities:

Work effectively with teaching assistants and wider staff

Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers

Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events

Uphold school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour management

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

Ability to inspire and motivate children with diverse needs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Commitment to fostering a positive school ethos and inclusive practice
