Job summary

Premier Health Team is seeking a Nursing Associate to support the practice in delivering nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary team, complementing the existing workforce. The role provides nursing support to Practice Nurses and General Practitioners to ensure holistic and person-centred care for the patient population.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
• Experience in a primary care environment.
• Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of policies, governance and safeguarding.
• Ability to supervise learners and students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical observations and patient assessments.
• Administer vaccinations, injections and preventive care.
• Perform ECGs, venepuncture and related tests.
• Record accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support nursing team and GPs to deliver high-quality care.
