Job summary

SWAGGA Primary Care Network is seeking a GP to provide face-to-face clinic appointments within a hub serving multiple practices in South Liverpool. You will also undertake home visits for patients triaged by their own GP, operating in an ARRS-funded role embedded in core practices.

The post requires CCT and full GMC registration, with no visa sponsorship available. Sessions are likely to be four to eight per week, with mileage allowance and access to supervision and administrative support.

Job description

This GP post sits with SWAGGA Primary Care Network, a collaboration of fifteen practices across South Liverpool, on an initial contract to 31 March 2027. The work centres on face-to-face clinics in a hub for member practices, plus home visits to patients triaged by their own GP. Sessions run four to eight a week, mixing clinic and home visit, in an ARRS-funded role embedded in core practices, with no care home or end-of-life work. Applicants need a CCT and full GMC registration; visa sponsorship is not available.
