Essential criteria
  • Registered / Qualified health practitioner to degree level, supplemented by a minimum PG Dip (120 credits), and working towards MA / MSc or demonstrating extensive experience in the relevant specialty
Desirable criteria
  • Evidence of recent evidence-based professional development documented in an up-to-date portfolio
Experience
Essential criteria
  • Awareness of national and local transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in a Band 6 role or equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Ability to work proactively and effectively with primary care and the VCSE sector
Desirable criteria
  • Active involvement in local transformation work
Information Technology

  • Experience using electronic patient/service user record systems and other computer systems
