A regional health service in Lancashire is seeking passionate Part-Time Mental Health Practitioners to join their team. You will support GPs with on-the-day mental health assessments and play a vital role in providing holistic care to patients. The ideal candidate will be a registered mental health professional with community-based experience. Opportunities for career development and a supportive environment are offered, along with a salary ranging from £38,682 to £46,580 per annum, pro rata.
Carnforth and Milnthorpe Primary Care Network (PCN) is excited to announce an opportunity for two Part Time Mental Health Practitioners to join our dedicated and dynamic team. Located on the picturesque border of North Lancashire and South Cumbria, our PCN consists of two practices, Ash Trees Surgery and Park View Surgery, where we prioritise exceptional patient care and collaborative teamwork. These roles support GPs with on-the-day mental health assessment and support for patients, working across Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care System (ICS). The roles are designated under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme for Primary Care (ARRS) and aim to improve joint working across primary care and adult secondary care mental health systems to help patients access the care they need.
This is an exciting role for someone who is proactive and passionate about innovation and providing a high-quality holistic approach to the care of people identified as in need of mental health support in a primary care setting. We look forward to welcoming you to hardworking and dedicated teams.
