The successful candidate will be able to work under the pressure of achieving pre-determined individual and team targets, whilst working within protocols and KPIs, and will be able to demonstrate a history of achieving this. Lateral thinking and creativity are very much encouraged within this environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote the benefits of membership to clinicians by attending key events within GP and GPST settings. Your key focus will be the recruitment of primary care and dental professionals into membership, working closely with practice managers and promoting the Group care product. In addition, you will deliver a comprehensive programme of educational training seminars, as well as organising educational events in order to retain members and maintain the member pipeline.

Networking with key influencers within practices, postgraduate educational staff, and departmental educational leads will be vital in this role.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience of identifying and providing high levels of customer service.
  • Extensive experience of working to pre-agreed targets.
  • Experience delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience of the Secondary healthcare sector and changing marketplace

You will be a proactive planner, able to work towards agreed targets, and possess a confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach. Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to be a collaborative team player. A passion for learning and achieving success is a must.
