You\'ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital projects, ensuring robust change management and high-quality delivery. Working closely with ICB colleagues and GP Practices, you\'ll play a key role in shaping and implementing digital solutions that improve care and efficiency in Primary Care.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a forward thinking team driving digital innovation in Primary Care.
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development.
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements.
Main duties of the job
  • To manage one or many primarily IT projects with supporting training and change functions within HIS delivering to the client organisations, co-ordinating the service offered by the specialist teams and external suppliers.
  • To ensure that projects are delivered seamlessly within a single programme of work along complete care pathways between healthcare sectors to avoid silo working and retrospective project alignment.
  • Coordinate activities with the Locality Systems Engineers to ensure LHIS delivers identified work packages seamlessly.
  • To develop and maintain appropriate project documentation for project boards, which must, at minimum, consist of PIDs, Project Plans, Highlight Reports, Risk Logs, Project Issues, and Project Closure reports.
  • To perform the Prince role of Project Manager for the HIS on project boards and ensure ample opportunities for project board members to receive agreed actions and risks before the next project board.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to Prince 2 methodology and maintain good record keeping for post-project audit and review.
  • To work with key stakeholders within in-flight projects to maintain good communication and engagement, helping to remove barriers to change or success.
