Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a Primary School in Eastbourne. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH and Autism, on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, and helping them engage with the curriculum.

You will collaborate with class teachers and support staff, provide feedback to teachers and parents, and build strong relationships with pupils. A DBS check is required; full-time and part-time options available, with CPD training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring students in SEN settings.
• Ability to engage pupils and support learning.
• Excellent communication with teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups.
• Collaborate with staff to engage pupils and minimise disruption.
• Provide feedback to teachers and parents on progress.
• Assist pupils with Autism, SEMH, and other learning needs.
