Primary 121 ADHD Support Needed!

Role: 121 SEN Support

Type: Long-term, full-time

Start: ASAP

A primary school in Spalding are requiring a 121 SEN TA to start ASAP to help support an ADHD pupil in Year 2. The pupil is well-behaved, intelligent, and lovely to work with. He struggles with concentrating on his schoolwork so requires several classroom breaks, this including going to read or play outside for a short while. The classroom is well supported with the teacher and classroom TA present at all times to offer support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN pupils in or out of the classroom.
  • Calm and patient demeaner.
  • Ability to commit to full school hours, these being 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Beneficial Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in childcare support and/or teaching.
  • Full, UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
