Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19+ overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese businesses to go globally.

The Global Selling Product team collaborates with many of Amazon’s global teams to support high-growth global selling initiatives, identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management. We are seeking a talented, data-driven, and proven program manager to lead cross-team efforts focusing on selection growth and success to support the Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams worldwide across various functions.

The PM will be a key person in shaping the Global Seller selection strategy and business initiatives across the full selection lifecycle, ultimately driving Seller growth and success. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; possess strong product/program management and communication skills; and have proven experience influencing cross-organizational global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify opportunities across the Global Selling selection segments and lifecycle, develop new products/services to support growth and success, define go-to-market strategies, and drive product success.
  2. Clearly define and communicate Seller Experience pain points, gaining support from internal stakeholders and external partners.
  3. Enhance Seller experience by working with product and tech teams to improve features.
  4. Collaborate with business and marketing teams to execute go-to-market plans.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of experience analyzing, managing, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
