Job summary

Bracco Imaging in Oxford is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator- Pricing and Contracts lead to own pricing, contracts and tender submissions. You will ensure pricing data accuracy, analyze reports for decisions, and maintain SOP-compliant records. The role backs up team members and seeks process improvements.

You will work with pricing, contracts, tenders and customer enquiries, while coordinating with pharmacovigilance for adverse events as required. This is a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Contract and pricing administration experience, pharma sector preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts and legal requirements.
• Proficient with SAP, Salesforce and pricing systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under SOPs in regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing files and ensure accuracy in Eurydice and quotes/tenders.
• Maintain contracts and report expiry dates 3 months in advance.
• Notify sales of pricing expiries and update systems (UK & Ireland).
• Maintain records per SOP and manage tender information timely.
• Prepare monthly management information and rebate data.
• Manage tender portals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Handle customer enquiries and product complaints per SOP.
• Escalate adverse events to pharmacovigilance within 24 hours.
