Pricing Project Actuary (Manager)

We have partnered with a global leader in Re/Insurance to find them a transformation focused Pricing Actuary. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical pricing background to gain exposure to dozens of lines of business while driving portfolio pricing and working with the wider actuarial teams. The role is not limited to transformation and includes:

1. Working closely with and reporting into the head of pricing, offering leadership to the team of 16-18 actuaries/actuarial students.
2. Taking ownership of the development and pricing transformation work, while leading projects to develop solutions.
3. Covering Casualty, Crisis Management, Marine, Natural Resources and Property & Allied lines.
4. Being a strong advocate for technological advancement, acting as a key player in future pricing changes.
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the technical pricing team, underwriters and actuaries across the business, including the CUO who is also an Actuary by trade.
6. Leading insights and pricing transformation initiatives, assessing internal and external capabilities.
7. Conducting portfolio analysis and steering.
