As a Pricing Manager UK m/f/d, you will report to the Country Managing Director and be based in Telford for a Permanent contract.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive pricing strategy and sales profitability across the zone, ensuring alignment with UK and Group objectives.
  • Develop and manage customer rebate agreements and support key commercial decisions with actionable data.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement strategic business improvements.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analyses to steer performance.
  • Lead and support sales controlling processes, ensuring consistency in trade terms and pricing across the region.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification.
  • Strong experience in sales controlling, pricing strategy, and commercial operations, ideally within an international group.
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Excel; comfortable with reporting tools and business analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
